Breaking The Rules of Engagement

March 7th, 2008 by Alex at 2:42 am

We don’t believe there are rules for engagement photos. But if there are, we had a blast breaking them with Jose & Noelia! With all our couples we try new poses, new locations, new angles, etc. But with such a fun and uniquely different couple we were so energized! We took time out to plan their session to get exactly the look and feel they wanted. We took these photos in December on private land where Jose grew up. Here are a few of our favorites from their session.

I LOVE these pictures! We used the last one on our invitation and people thought it was from a hallmark card (until they noticed the outfits). I love the way you brought out the ring and tattoo in the 3rd. And the 4th picture with the window frame, WOW!! I would have never imagined a picture like that would come out of that spot. Solorzano are an amazing, artistic team. Such great balance and fun to work with. Thanks! Best pictures we’ve taken.

    Noelia!
Thanks for commenting! So it’s almost your big day. We are looking forward to it. It’ll be a blast working with you two again.
Glad you love your engagement photos & that the image turned out great on the invitation (I wanna see a copy).

    See you soon!
